Outro SuperStar visitando o Brasil é o Brad Pitt, que
veio a Bonito - o homem certo no lugar certo...Hehe -
para escolher as locações do seu novo filme sobre a
história verídica do "Indiana Jones na vida real" Percy
Fawcett, que desapareceu no Brasil quando procurava
uma certa cidade perdida e totalmnente oculta, que ele
acreditava que seria o verdadeiro Paraíso na Terra. Eu,
particularmente acho que o Pierce achou a tal cidade
e preferiu ficar por lá mesmo, mas quem sabe? Aí, Brad!
Um grande ramo da minha família por parte de pai - que
se espalhou em diversos estados do Brasil - mora em
Mato Grosso e Mato Grosso do Sul, pertinho. É bonito sim!
George de Lucas também se inspirou neste acontecimento
para criar o famoso e querido "Indiana Jones" no cinema.

right place...Hehe - to choose the locations of his new
movie about the tru story of "Indiana Jones in the real life"
Percy Fawcett, which desapeared in Brazil when he was
looking for a certain lost city and totally hidden, he believed
it was the Paradise in Earth. I, particulary, think that Pierce
really found that city and prefered staying there, but who knows?
Yes, Brad! A big ramification of my family by my father's side
- spread around Brazil - lives in Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso
do Sul, very close.It's really beautiful! George de Lucas also
was inspired by this happening to criate teh famous and dear
"Indiana Jones" on the Big Screen.

Sou muito grata a Deus por fazer coisas incríveis acontecerem junto
a mim. Ter as filmagens do novo filme do Stallone ao lado da minha casa
foi show! O Brasil agradece ao Sly pela vinda e pelo roteiro inteligente que
não prejudicou nossa imagem. Gostei das cenas de ação no Parque Lage,
incluindo Jet Li, Terry, Jason, Steve e também da cena do avião... Woohoo!
Muito obrigada Sly e volte sempre ao Rio de Janeiro. Sucesso$!

I'm very thankful to God for making incredible things happen by my side.
To have the Stallone's new movie scenes shot at my house's side was show!
Brazil is thankful to Sly for his coming and for the intelligent script that

É ouro lembrar da alegria em trabalhar direto com esportes tão bonitos, nos eventos mundiais que
acontecem no Rio. Em 2006 trabalhei também como Voluntária do COB - Comitê Olímpico
Brasileiro no I FINA World Youth Swimming Champinships, no Parque Aquático Julio Delamare.
Fui guia internacional de duas atletas recordistas e medalhistas - acompanhei-as desde as
competições até o teste antidopping (ambos negativos) - além da alegria das vitórias, elas me deram
de presente mimos dourados. A nadadora americana CAITLIN LEVERENZ, única a vencer em 3
categorias nas competições = 200m Medley, 200m Peito e 100m Peito, também foi recordista e
medalha de ouro nos Jogos Panamericanos RIO 2007 nos 200m Peito. Caitlin é muito simpática e
educada, deixando um bom exemplo do valor da concentração no que se faz. Ela me presenteou com
uma touca 0KM, que eu uso as vezes nas aulas de natação para me inspirar a concentração.
A outra foi a nadadora italiana ILARIA BIANCHI recordista e medalha de ouro nos 100m Borboleta e
medalha de prata nos 50m Borboleta. Ela foi muito legal, pois mesmo seus acessórios extras tendo
acabado, ela trocou algo seu com uma amiga de equipe por um chapeuzinho 0KM para poder me dar.
A equipe italiana, além de vencedora do Campeonato, era a mais animada com seus atletas musicais.
Caraca! É tanta informação e tantos atletas que o melhor é anotar tudo o que acontece no momento!

It's gold to remember the happiness for working direct with so beautiful sports, on world events that
happen in Rio. On 2006 I worked also as Volunteer for COB - Olympic Brazilian Commettee on
I FINA World Youth Swimming Champinships, at Aquatic Park Julio Delamare. I was guide of two
recordist and golden medals' athletes - I guided them since the competitions 'till the
antidopping tests (both of them negatives) - beyond the happiness of victories, they gifited me with
golden presents. The american swimmer CAITLIN LEVERENZ, unique winning 3 categories on the
competitions = 200m Medley, 200m Breast and 100m Breast, also 100m Breast's recordist and
golden medal on the XV PanamericanGames RIO2007. Caitlin is very nice and educated, gaving
us a good example of the value in concentrating ourselves on things we accomplish. She presented
me with a brand new toque, which I use soemtimes at my swimming classes for inspiring my concentration.
The other one was the italian swimmer ILARIA BIANCHI recordist, golden medal on 100m Butterfly
and silver medal on 50m Butterfly. She was very cool, 'cause even with no more extra accessories left,
she trade some personnal stuff with her team colleague to get a brand new little hat for giving it to me.
The italian swimming team, besides to be the Championship's winner, was the most animated with those
musical athletes. Gosh! It's so many information and so many athletes that the best is take note in the hour!

Aproveitei a promoção de '4ª Feira/preço único' do Cinemark - Botafogo Praia
Shopping, e assisti ao excelente filme "O Curioso Caso de Bejamin Button",
com Brad Pitt arasando na personagem que vive em contínuo esforço de dura
e necessária adaptação ao tempo contrário em que vive. Bravo! Brad é o cara!
As indicações ao Oscar são merecidas, e este conto do incrível escritor F. Scott
Fitzgerald mostra o amor incondicional, a rejeição, o acolhimento, a limitação e
a libertação = a vida! [ É bom saber saber que a maioria dos cinemas cariocas
estão oferecendo a mesma promoção. Vale conferir nos diferentes sites!]



I got the chance of that promotion of 'Wednesday/only 1 price' by Cinemark - at
Botafogo Praia Shopping, and I watched to the excellent film "The Curious Case
of Bejamin Button",with Brad Pitt smashing on the character who lives in continuous
struggle of hard and necessary adaptation to the reversed time on which he lives.
Bravo! Brad is the guy! The nominations are fair, and this story by the incredible
writer F. Scott Fitzgerald shows the unconditional love, the rejection, the reception,
the limitationand the liberty = the life! [It's good to know the most of carioca's (Rios')
cinemas are offering the same promotion. It's worth to check on the different sites!]

Hoje eu visitei o Museu Carmen Miranda [localizado no Aterro do Flamengo, em frente a Baia de Guanabara e a Urca,
onde Carmen morou tanto amava] e vi a bela exposição comemorando 100 anos dessa nossa estrela querida.
Surpresa ficou por conta da atmosfera generosa da Carmen: é permitido fotografar, o museu e os eventos são gratuitos!


Today I visited the Carmen Miranda Museum [located at Flamengo Park, in front of Guanabara Bay and Urca, [where
Carmen lived and loved so much] and I saw the pretty exposition celebrating 100 anos of these dear star we have.
Biggest Surprise came from Carmen's generous atmosphere: it's allowed to take pictures, museum and events are free!

Morei com minha filha Gabi em Angra dos Reis, na Vila Histórica de Mambucaba
[primeiro lugar a ter um Cartório Oficial no Brasil] durante o tempo em que fui
Locutora e DJ da Rádio Paraty FM ), além de ser professora de Dança na Vila
Residencial de Mambucaba/Paraty (da Usina Nuclear). Morávamos bem em
frente ao melhor mar de Angra, que na época era o meu escritório...Hehehe...
Porque não dá vontade de sair de tão bom! Por isso entendo porque o querido
casal da Disney "Zac Efron e Vanessa Hudgens também preferiram ficar
simplesmente curtindo as ilhas do verde litoral de Angra dos Reis = Costa Verde!

I used to live with my daughther in Angra dos Reis, at Historic Mambucaba Village
[first place to have an Official Bureau in Brazil] during the time I wokked as DJ on
Radio Paraty FM, besides being dance teacher at Residential Village of Mambucaba/
Paraty (by the Nuclear Usine). We lived right in front of the Angra's sea, where at that
time it was my office....Hehehe... Because we don't want anything elese but stay on the
beach; it's so good! That's why I understand the reason of the dear Disney's couple
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens also prefers stay simply having fun the islands on
the Angra dos Reis shore = Green Coast!

A foto abaixo foi tirada na semana passada no Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobin
- Rio de Janeiro, pelo simpático fã do casal, e que está entre Zac e Vanessa (os
pombinhos driblaram os paparazzi!).

mesma praia onde eu freqüento, corro e caminho com alegria, no Forte São João.
Essa praia na Urca já faz parte deste Blog desde meus Posts de 11 de Agosto e
outro de 03 de Novembro de 2008! Legal... A conexão Rio - Hollywood também
está acontecendo aqui, na SincroniCidade Carioca do nosso dia-a-dia!

I want to share with you that I got happy seeing Tom Cruise, Katie and Suri at
the same beach where I usually go, run and walk with happiness, on Fort Saint John.

Depois da agenda lotada no Natal e Ano Novo, deu tempo de ver a Vinheta
de Natal da TV GLOBO, com a inclusão da nossa Bola de Natal do " CPII " !
Preste atenção pra não perder a imagem: logo após a 3ª bola grande, a bola
dos ex-alunos e alunas do Colégio Pedro II é a 1ª bola que se movimenta do
centro para o lado direito, fazendo uma linha diagonal do meio para baixo.
Bem, conseguimos reunir a galera, rever amigos e amigas e fazer parte do
Espírito de Natal na Árvore de Natal de todas as TVs do Mundo. WooHoo!
O artista que apresenta a árvore é o inteligente JÔ SOARES em seu Talk Show.

After the busy agenda of Christmas and New Year, I got time to see the Christmas
jingle of TV GLOBO INTERNATIONAL, including our " CPII's Christmas Ball "!
Pay attention and don't loose the image: exactly after the 3rd big ball, the ball
of ex-students from College Pedro II is the one which moves from center to right side,
making a diagonal line from center to down right. Well, we conquer to make a reunion

You always can remember me dear
As the woman who doesn’t have any fear.

But I didn’t realize that my natural life was glamorous.

We trade our phone numbers on the beach
After that love started with a stolen kiss so… sweet(?)
I didn’t mean to call you but so you did it

I had a dream about my life, the stage, lights, camera, action
I told you about it and you rather see only money instead affection.
Powerful people really believed on my dream about the freedom to be a Star
But when you bought us 2 tickets to travel you forgot the dream of life was mine, so far.

There is a big problem when people can not dream by themselves
Because there’s no way out: when they can not dream they are on the shelves.

MEMÓRIAS BRILHANTES:
Durante minhas aulas de jazz/modern dance que eu fazia com Lennie Dale e Marly Tavares em Copacabana,
apareceu um coreógrafo americano "Grant Tyller Williams" com a namorada brasileira "Angela" e assistiu 2 aulas.
No final, se apresentou a mim e me deu seu cartão de visitas, e disse que se eu fosse para Los Angeles e precisasse
de qualquer coisa, que eu o procurasse. Assim eu fiz quando me mudei de Miami para LA. O Grant foi O amigo
que me acolheu até que eu rapidamente conseguisse alugar um apê em Hollywood, trabalho, aulas de dança, etc.
Nessa foto estou na casa dele em Studio City - Valley - descansando depois de um turno de trabalho como garçonete e...
Galera... Atrás desse muro de cerca viva cheia de plantas, é a casa do "Duff "baixista do Guns N' Roses
- o qual aparecia às vezes por cima do muro (não sei como ele conseguia fazer isso porque era uma cerca viva,
acho que devia subir em alguma cadeira!) pra ver se estava tudo bem comigo (ele também é fôfo!) -
muito obrigada , Duff!. Era muito gostoso ir chegando de carro na casa do Grant, e ver o Axl Rose,
o Duff e todo os Guns parados na porta perto daqueles carros deles imensos com visual rockstar
- com motivos tigrados, zebrados, muito rock 'n roll - me olhando e eu, claro, falava Hi, guys!
Caraca.... eu morria de vergonha por dentro mas sempre falava com eles e eles comigo.
Ah... Ouvir aqueles solos, ensaios e sons deles! Meus colegas do Restaurante La Frite babavam...
Mas isso é normal! Hoje em dia O Grant é o padrinho de Batismo da minha filha GABI,
mas mudou-se e nós não sabemos o que realmente aconteceu com ele.
Grant, saiba que a sua afilhada tem muita vontade de te ver e conhecer melhor o padrinho
tão legal que você com certeza deve ser; pois como você bem sabe, eu vim com a GABI para o
Brasil antes dela completar um ano de vida. Eu sou muito grata a você, amigo.
Eu e Gabi esperamos que você esteja muito bem para o vermos em breve.
Boas Festas e 2009 pleno de Felicidade e Grandes Realizações!

SHINY MEMORIES :
During my class of jaz/modern dance I used to take with Lennie Dale and Marly Tavares in Copacabana,
appeared one american choreographer "Grant Tyller Williams" with his girlfriend "Angela" and watched 2 classes.
At the end, he introduced himself to me and gave me his business card, and he said if I decide going to Los Angeles
and need anything, I should look for him there. So I did it when I moved from Miami to L.A. Grant was was The friend
which hosted and made me comfortable on his house, until I quickly get renting an apartment in Hollywood, work,
dance classes, etc. On this picture I am at his house in Studio City - Valley - resting after my job shift as waitress and...
Guys...Behind this natural wall full of plants, it's the house of "Duff" bass player of Guns N' Roses
- who sometimes used to appear by over the wall ( I don't know how he was able to do that because that was a
natural plants' wall, I supose he got higher using a chair) just to see if everything was alright with me (he is cute too!)
thanks a lot Duff! It was delicious coming at Grant's house by car, and see Axl Rose, Duff and all the Guns
standing at the door close to their huge cars with rockstar style - with details in tiger and zebra designs, lots of
rock n' roll - looking at me amd I , sure, said Hi, guys! Gosh... I could die inside myself by shame,
but I always talk with them and they with me. Ah... Listen their solos, rehearsals and their sounds!
My pals from La Frite Restaurant got smoked.... But this is normal! Actually Grant is my daughther Gabi's
grandfather of Baptism, but he moved and we don't know what really happened to him.
Grant, you better know that your gandchild Gabi has a great wish to meet you as soon as possible
the grandfather so cool you definetely may be; as you already know, I came back to Brazil with GABI before
she got completed her first year of life. I am very thankful to you, my friend. Me and Gabi hope you are very well,
so we can see you in a very near future. Our best wishes for you and a 2009 full of Felicity and Great Realizations!

Mais uma coincidência entre eu e Madonna ou Click de Hollywood =
Da dir. p/ esq: Eu - grávida da minha filha Gabi - e meu parceiro Jesus,
Sharonne e JD, Silvia e Allan durante ensaio coreográfico do filme
LAMBADA , A DANÇA PROIBIDA (Forbidden Dance, de Greydon Clark).
Madonna fotografou no Hotel Glória com um modelo também chamado
Jesus. Definitivamente 2009 vai bombar!

E continuando a listinha básica de coincidências entre eu e Madonna:
Eu tive o imenso prazer de cantar por duas ocasiões no Teatro Glória
e também participar de alguns Seminários de Direito no delicioso
Hotel Glória -O o teatro se localiza no andar térreo do Hotel Glória -
e a star Madonna escolheu o mesmo local para fazer seu ensaio
fotográfico, só que no 10º andar. É só coincidência?? ? Hehehe...

Depois do 2º Show da Madonna
no Maraca, lembrei também de
um outro ponto em comum entre
nós duas... O pé quente! Hehehe...
É o querido Alex, bailarino carioca
que fez algumas aulas na mesma
turma que eu com a Marly Tavares,
na academia de dança do Posto 6, em
Copacabana - caraca... Nesse
mumdo pequeno, eu o encontrei
também em Los Angeles quando
ele também estava dando aulas de
dança, o visitei e assisti sua aula e ele
me convidou a participar da turma,
aquelas coisas da tradicional
hospitalidade carioca em qualquer
lugar que a gente se encontre...
"Precisei voltar ao Brasil
"por motivos de força maior",
com minha amada filha GABI e
não demorou muito tempo
para eu ter boas nocícias que
Alex se tornara o famoso
Alexandre Magno, coreógrafo de
alguns bons números da Madonna,
Michael Jackson, Paula Abdul,
entre outras estrelas. Então tá!
Parabéns pra Madonna In Rio e
Bjks cariiocas carinhosas pro
Alex onde ela agora estiver!

in anywhere we can be...
I "need to be back to Brasil under strong
motives" with my baby girl baby girl GABI
and no long after that I had noticed that
Alex became the famous Alexandre Magno,
choreographer of good gigs of Madonna,
Michael Jackson Paula Abdul, between
other stars. Well, cooll!

E aqui vem Madonna na nossa cidade maravilhosa com toda sua realeza pop. Seja bem-vinda,
Madonna!Alguma coisa nós duas temos em comum! Lembro que quando participei de um show
ao vivo beneficente parao "Rainforest Committee" no Hollywood Palladium - Los Angeles -1990
(eu estava grávida da minha filha Gabi), dançando um solo caprichado de Samba acompanhada
de grande banda brasileira, e outros grandes artistas internacionais também fizeram aquele
show; entre eles o Billy Idol, etc; e uns bailarinos fantásticos de New York que começavam a
bombar no show business porque eles faziam uma paradinhas incríveis com os braços que
ninguém mais fazia e, que para minha surpresa tanto os rapazes como as moças já gostavam
muito de mim! Na realidade aquele foi um dos melhores show que todos nós fizemos pois
estávamos todos movidos por uma boa causa = criar + fundos para maior proteção da floresta
amazônica. Havia também um grupo de street dancers maravilhoso com os quais dancei após
o show na pista de dança que eles mesmos criaram, abrindo espaço no salão: SHOW! Pois é,
pouco tempo depois eu pude constatar que aqueles mesmos dançarinos que arrasavam com
seus braços acrobáticos, passaram a trabalhar com a Madonna nos videoclips e em sua famosa
" The Blond Ambition World Tour " - aquela do... VOGUE VOGUE VOGUE! Tá tudo conectado, né?
Também é bom ver o mesmo bom e velho Maracanazinho que foi todo reformado e reinaugurado
com os dois jogos finais do Desafio Internacional de Vôlei BRASIL X SÉRVIA ( no qual eu fui a
tradutora e intérprete) para os Jogos do PAN RIO 2007, ser agora o local perfeito para os ensaios
do " Sticky & Sweet Tour 2008 " da Madonna! É muito bom saber que eu só atraio coisas boas!!!
E mantendo a tradição teatral e a boa hospitalidade carioca, à Madonna e sua equipe: " M " !

Here comes Madonna to our wonderful city with all her pop realty. Welcome, Madonna!
Something we both have in common! I remember when I participated on a live show in
benefit of the"Rainforest Committee" at Hollywood Palladium - Los Angeles -1990
( I was pregnant with my daughther Gabi), performing a special Samba and Bossa Nova
solo with a great brazilian band , and others great international artists also made that show;
between them were Billy Idol, etc; and some fantastic dancers from New York which
got sarted smashin' the show business because they used to do incredible things with
their arms that nobody else could do and, for my own surprise all that guys already like me
very much! In the reality, that was one of the best shows we all made ever because we were
all envolved for a good cause = criate + founds for a bigger protection of the Amazon Forest.
There were also a wonderful street dancers group, with which I danced after our show on the
dance floor, that they open in that place by their own: SHOW! Yeah, a little time after that
ocasion I realized those same dancers who asmaaaashed with their acrobatic arms, started
working with Madonna on videoclips and on the famous " The Blond Ambition World Tour " -
that one with... VOGUE VOGUE VOGUE! Everything is connected, isn't? It's also good to see
the "good and old" Maracanazinho Arena, which was totally reformed and re-inaugurated
with the two final games from the International Challenge of Wommen Volleyball 2007 =
BRASIL X SRBIJA (on which I was the interpreter) for the PAN RIO 2007, now it's the
perfect local for the rehearsals of Madonna's " Sticky & Sweet Tour 2008 " !
It's really very good to know taht I attract only good things! And keeping the theatrical
tradition and the good carioca's hospitality, to Madonna and her crew: " BYL " !

O nosso querido ator Fabio Assunção decidiu sair,
temporariamente, da novela "Negócio da China"
por motivos pessoais, visando tratar da sua saúde.
É muito legal ver alguém corajoso com o Fábio,
que sabe o valor de ser saudável.
É melhor se poupar agora e poder render muito mais
em novos trabalhos num futuro próximo,
do que ultrapassar seus limites para marcar presença
e depois ficar parado por muito tempo.

“Intersecção de Eventos Cósmicos & Experiências Terrenas” – BlogVolume 4
Hoje é dia de baile à fantasia e fantasias sobre as estórias tradicionais do fim de Outubro.
Eu aproveito as dicas dos filmes temáticos halloween que passam na TV nesta ocasião
para ver as diferentes leituras sobre o tema: “como exterminar vampiros”,
“como matar lobisomens”,“como destruir monstros horríveis” ou coisas do tipo.
Alguns filmes realmente beiram o ridículo e só fazem a gente rir e, definitivamente,
não ter medo de assistir filmes de terror. E um bom exemplo é o filme “O Retorno dos Malditos”...
Hehehe... Que filmezinho ruim! Só rindo! Mas também há filmes bem interessantes que
demonstram bom senso e boa vontade em ajudar a platéia. Bem, depois de assistir
“O Retorno dos Malditos”, a gente vê mesmo qualquer coisa sem medo!
Muito obrigada ao diretor deste filme! Agora falando sobre os filmes sérios, selecionei algumas
das dicas contra vampiros de energia vital mais citadas nesta época:
- Use alho na comida e tê-lo sempre em casa,, onde se guarda os alimentos, ajuda!
- Aproveite a luz do sol para fazer tudo que for possível; ou a claridade do dia (em dias de chuva),
pois é o período em que eles(as) têm menos força para tentar interferir em nossas atividades;
- Sexta-feira é o dia da semana em que ficam mais fracos (não me pergunte por quê, pois não sei).
- Evite ficar encostado em paredes porque é onde eles preferem andar - subindo até o teto
ou descendo – assim evitam que os humanos mais sensíveis possam sentir ou ouvir sua presença.
- vampiros preferem a dimensão da invisibilidade por causa do aspecto horrível que têm = a estrutura
básica do corpo se assemelha aos humanos, mas além dos braços têm asas de morcego,
membranosas sem penas ; a pele é muito branca e fina porque não pegam sol , o que permite ver
nitidamente vasos e veias e têm manchas (como de velhice, apesar de terem aparência jovem “?”);
e se forem percebidos por alguém ficam com medo de serem exterminados (provavelmente são
muito vulneráveis a alguma coisa que ainda é inperceptível a nós). A impressão é de que não pertencem
a quaisquer dimensões da Terra, e devem ser alienígenas - ou não?
- ( tomara: se forem aliens que dêem o fora do nosso planeta! ).
- A aparência destes vampiros(as) de pele branca é como uma mistura =
aquele vampiro do filme de 2004 “Van Helsing” + aqueles infectados do filme de 2007 “Eu sou a Lenda”.
- A aparência dos vampiros de pele negra – que preferem os telhados porque assumem aspecto de
sombra de abutre - é diferente dos brancos porque as asas dos negros têm penas feias de urubu,
e o aspecto físico é muito similar aquela figura maligna (só que sem chifres) exterminada
sob a espada do invencível São Miguel Arcanjo.
- Os banhos de sol são letais para esses seres que odeiam horário de verão,e detestam uma boa praia.
- A luz artificial também é detestada por eles.
- Um Rosário abençoado os afasta imediatamente da pessoa que o estiver usando.
- Bala de nitrato de prata e raio ultra violeta devem mesmo funcionar para o extermínio
porque todos os filmes insistem nestes pontos.
- Ter espelho na entrada interna da sua casa ajuda para que eles se lembrem o que são (já que
não são refletidos em espelhos ou vidros).
- sinos ou similares e boa música os enfraquece (os tibetanos batem as tampas das panelas).
- Quando temos fé em Deus e coragem, eles têm medo de nós ; portanto “Não tenham medo, galera!!!
- Às vezes eles se materializam, e se não assumirem suas formas animais, vão aparecer vestidos com
roupas totalmente fora da nossa época; e se desmaterializam rapidamente com a mesma facilidade (que saco!).
- A leitura da Bíblia sempre enfraquece as ações dos vampiros e seus efeitos; então galera: leiam a Bíblia!
Se você sentir por perto quaisquer sinais de vampirismo,
Faça exatamente as nossas boas coisas que detonam esses seres sem escapismo!
OBS: essas dicas se aplicam tanto aos vampiros de filmes, como aos vampiros modernos, atuais,
com aparência bonita (ou não), vampiros emocionais, vampiros energéticos e vampiros de alegria,
vampiros de comida e vampiros de idéias e sonhos inspiradores, que com suas atitudes tentam secar
as energias alheias, a saúde,o prazer, o dinheiro e o equilíbrio na rotina do dia-a-dia!
Mas nós temos a proteção da Santíssima Trindade
Que nos livra do mal e restaura nossa Felicidade!
Fé, amor, atenção, estudo, concentração, bom humor, comunicação e muita criatividade
Cuidado, coragem, respiração, exercícios, organização, alimentação, trabalho, diversão e dignidade!

Today is Halloween day and fantasies about the traditional stories from end of October.
I take the tips of Halloween movies that are on TV in this occasion to see the different lectures
about the theme: “how to terminate vampires”, “how to kill werewolves”, “how to destroy horrible monsters”
or thinks like that. Some movies are really ridiculous and only make us laugh and, definitely,
to no t have fear watching terror movies. A good example is the movie “The Hills have Eyes 2”…
Hehehe… That’s a terrible movie! LOL! But there are interesting movies which demonstrate good sense
and good will to help the audience. Well, after watch “The Hills Have Eyes 2” we can see anything else
with no fear, indeed! Thanks to this movie’s director! Now, talking about real movies, I liked the great tips
against vampires of vital energy most cited in this occasion:
- Use garlic on the food and have it always at home close to the food stuff, helps!
- Take the maximum advantage of the sunlight to do the most possible things; or do the most in the
day clarity (when it's raining), ‘cause during this period they have less force to try to interfere on our activities;
and Friday is the weekday when the get weakest (don’t ask me why, because I don’t know).
- Avoid being leaned on the walls, because it’s the place they prefer to walk – up to the ceiling and down –
by this way they keep themselves away from the sensitive humans who can feel or hear their presence.
- They prefer the dimension of invisibility because their aspect is horrible = the basic structure of body looks like
the humans but beside the arms they have membranous bat wings without feathers; the skin is very white
and so fine we can see the veins, because they don’t take sun;they also heve blots on yhe skin.
If they are felt for anyone they have fear to be terminated (probably they are very vulnerable
to something we humans don’t take notice yet). The impression is that they don’t belong to any dimension of Earth,
and may they are aliens - or not? - (hopefully: if they are aliens must go home!).
- The appearance of the vampires with white skin is like a mix =
that vampire from the 2004 movie “Van Helsing” + those infected beings from the 2007 movie “I Am Legend”.
The appearance of the vampires with the black skin – which prefer the roofs because get the aspect of vulture’s shadow –
are different of the white ones because the black’s wings have ugly feathers of vulture, and the physic aspect is
very similar to that evil figure (without horns) terminated under the sword of Saint Michael Archangel.
- The sunshine is lethal to those beings which hate the summer hour, and detest a good beach.
- The artificial light is also hated for them.
- A blessed Rosary back them off from the person who is using it.
- Silver bullet and ultraviolet ray may work to terminate them (all the movies insist on this points).
- The mirrors on the indoor entrance of the house help them to remember what they are
(because they can't see themselves reflected on mirrors or glasses).
- Bells or similar and good music make them weak (the tibetan people hit the pan's lids).
- When we have faith in God and get courageous, they have fear of us.
- In the case they get materialized, they will look like dressed with cloths completely out of date,
and they dematerialize themselves with the same facility (shut!).
- The lecture of Bible always puts the vampires' actions and effects in low mode; so guys read the Bible!
If you feel around any signs of vampires' alike,
Detonate these beings by doing the our good things they dislike!
Obs: these 2 tips are valid for vampires of films, as modern vampires, actual, with good looking (or not),
emotional vampires, energetic vampires, vampires of happiness vampires of ideas and inspiring dreams,
who with their attitude they try to dry the others’ energies, the health, the pleasure, the money,
the momentum on the day by dayroutine!
But we have the protection of the Saint Trinity
That keep us aprt from evil and give us Felicity!
Faith, love, attention, study, concentration, good humor, communication e lots of criativity.
Care, corage, breath, exercises, organization, nourishment, work, fun and dignity!

pelo convite de assistir a estréia da novela das seis da TV GLOBO - "Negócio da China" - no Espaço Gourmet - Rio
(Shopping Downtown / Barra da Tijuca). Um show! Muito aconchegante e hospitaleiro o ambiente e o grande elenco.
O primeiro capítulo foi muito interessante e também divertido. Legal, afinal a proposta é essa: arte e boa diversão!

Ontem assisti a duas excelentes películas no Festival do Rio 2008: 1 documentário e 1 filme!
Yesterday I watched 2 excellente movies on Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival: 1 documentary and 1 film!

"A Paixão do Cristo" , interpretanto Barrabás. Durante as filmagens Pedro sentiu o verdadeiro olhar do Cristo!

Me and the italian actor Pedro Sarubbi, who witnessed his catholic conversion after filming the Mel Gibson's movie
"passion of The Christ", interpreting Barabbas. During the shootings Pedro felt the true looking of the Crhist!

Gostei muito das palavras do Pedro porque sua simplicidade e a doação de si próprio são sinais do olhar Crístico!

Dando uma olhadinha em minhas fotos, artigos de jornais e revistas (guardo os principais),
constatei que nada acontece por acaso. Observei agora que não foi coincidência ver que
já estavam lado a lado nos jornais e revistas, os dois espetáculos que eu faria um seguido do outro:
VARGAS e CHORUS LINE. Caraca! Lembrei que quando eu estava em cartaz no musical
AÍ VEM O DILÚVIO - que bombava no Rio - não pude ir a São Paulo para fazer as audições para a
montagem inicial do Chorus Line em SP. Depois que acabou Aí Vem o Dilúvio eu passei nas
audições de VARGAS e durante a bem sucedida temporada, a produção do Chorus Line veio para o Rio.
Aproveitei a oportunidade e passei também em todas as fases de audições do Chorus Line
concorrendo com artistas de todo o Brasil, mas fiquei na fila de "espera", pois a maioria das personagens já estavam incluídos no pacote vindo de São Paulo. (eu já contei isso pra vocês? Hehehe...).
Mas quando acabou a bombada temporada de Vargas, fui chamada para integrar o elenco do
incomparável Chorus Line. Isso sempre foi meu sonho; tudo já estava sinalizado nas revistas e nos jornais
e eu nem percebia, mas aconteceu! WooHoo!!!

Taking a look on my pictures, articles from newspapers, magazines (I keep the principal),
I realized that nothhing happens for coincidence. I observed now that the two plays I would do one right after other:
VARGAS and A CHORUS LINE. Gosh! I remembered when I was playng my roles in the musical
HERE COMES THE DELUGE - smashing in Rio, I couldn't go to São Paulo to make the auditiions
for the inicial Chorus Line production. After the end of Here Comes The Deluge I was aproved
in the auditions of VARGAS and during our weel succeed presentations, the producers of A Chorus Line
decided to bring them to Rio. I got the opportunity and I was also approved on all phases of auditions
for A Chorus Line, competing with artists from all over Brazil, but I stayed 'on call', because the majority
of the characteres were already fullfilled and included on that packed from São Paulo
(I've told already this story for you before? Hehehe...).
But when the wonderful season of Vargas was over, I was invited to make part of the cast of
the incomparable A Chorus Line. This was always my dream; everything was well signed in the papers
and the magazines and I even didn't realized that, but it really happened to me! WooHoo!

Fred Astaire é um daqueles astros pelos quais a gente sempre agradece a Deus,
por ter nos dado a chance de receber seus raios luminosos de pura arte, dança, canto e beleza!
Meu falecido avô Altamiro Carlos, sempre assistia comigo os filmes da sessão da tarde na TV e
quando eram os musicais com Fred Astaire, vovê me dizia: "presta atenção nesse artista,
ele é o Fred Astaire e não esqueça este nome. Ele é sapateador! Veja só o que é Sapatear!!!"
Amo muito esse legado de arte e carinho do mundo musical para dar alegria às pessoas;
e agora tenho em minhas pernas e pés de sapateadora, a sabedoria que Fred nos deixou de herança!
Muito obrigada vovô Altamiro, que com certeza, já deve ter conhecido o Fred Astaire pessoalmente no Céu!

Fred Astaire is one those heavenly bodies that we're thankful for them to God
for giving us the chance to receive his luminous rays of pure art, dance, singing and beauty!
My decceased grandfather Altamiro Carlos, always used to watch with me the TV's afternoon movies and
when were the musicals with Fred Astaire, grandpa said to me: "pay attention on this artist,
he is the Fred Astaire and don't forget this name. He is tap dancer! See what tap dancing is!!!"
I love a lot this legacy of art and tenderness of musical world to give happiness for people;
and now I have on my own tap dancer's legs and feet, the knowledge Frted Astaire gave us as heritage!
Thanks to my grandpa Altamiro, that for sure, he already met Fred Astaire personally in Heaven!

Quando fui locutora em inglês do Mundial de Volei em Janeiro/2007 no Rio, vi que o Leandro nasceu para ser um grande campeão!

When I was announcer in english language on World Judo in January/2007 in Rio, I saw that Leandro was born to be a big champion!

Grande sensação e grande show foi a abertura dos Jogos Olímpicos - Pequim 2008!
Eu chorei de beleza e alegria ao ver o atleta chinês levitando para acender a tocha olímpica!
Meu trabalho voluntário no PAN RIO2007 com os atletas da Vela foi 1 presente dourado para sentir a Energia 2008!
Mais alegria ainda foi ver nosso atleta de ouro da Vela - Robert Scheid - ser o porta-bandeira do Brasil!
Vai fundo Equipe Brasileira! Arrasem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Great sensation and great show was the Opympic Games - Beijing 2008! [Foto= Eu e Scheid / Photo= Me and Scheid]
I cried of beauty and happiness seeing the chinese athlete in levitation to light up the olímpic torch!
My volunteer work on PAN RIO2007 close to the Sailing athletes was 1 golden gift to feel this Energy 2008!
More happiness yet was to see our gold's athlete of Sailing - Robert Scheid - being the flagman of Brazil!
Go Brazilian Team, go! Smoke them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

que dá muito certo. Ontem foi o último dia de aula deste
Curso Livre de férias. Meninas, arrasem!!! Hehehe...

at CAL. Coincidently, a little lulu's club
that worths a lot. Yesterday was the last day's class

PARQUE LAGE - bairro do Jardim Botânico - Rio de Janeiro - Cidade Maravilhosa - Rio de Janeiro - Brasil

Deus me abençoa muito mesmo! É maravilhoso poder morar ao lado da mata atlântica,
ter o belíssimo PARQUE LAGE com entrada gratuita! O parque tem a Escola de Artes Visuais,
é também cheio de muito ar puro e oferecendo o ponto de chegada e partida da eco-trilha
que nos leva ao topo do Maciço do Corcovado , no monumento do Cristo Redentor. WooHoo!!!

Good blesses me a lot, indeed! It's wonderful to live at the side of Atlantic Forest,
to have the pretty LAGE PARK with free admission! The Park owns the Visual Arts School,
it's also full of pure air and offers the point of Start and Finish
of the eco-way which take us to the top of the Corcovado Mountain, to the Christ Redeemer's monument. WooHoo!!!

Que alegria poder comemorar mais um ano maravilhosos de vida!!!
Muito obrigada meu Deus! Aquela segunda chance de vida que o Senhor me deu
está sendo duplamente melhor que tudo que eu já havia vivido antes!
Para celebrar, estou postando a versão integral e revisada - em português e em inglês -
do meu POST do dia 02 de Julho de 2008:

“Intersecção de Eventos Cósmicos & Experiências Terrenas” – BlogVolume 3
Atitudes transparentes a serem sutilmente observadas:
Que situaçãozinha mais diferente...
Que às vezes acontece com a gente!
Como por exemplo: pegar confortavelmente o Metrô, sentar
num bom lugar na composição sem gente em pé, sentir-se
bem e ... De repente, na hora em que as portas estão se
fechando para o trem sair, a gente perceber que sem motivo
“aparente” as portas são paralisadas “meio abertas “no meio do movimento
de abre-e-fecha, durante um grande hiato de tempo, com aquele alarme
constante pi-pi-pi-pi-pi, deixando-nos a impressão como se algumas pessoas ainda
estivessem entrando às pressas ( tipo pessoas que a gente não vê,
mas tem a sensação de tê-las a nossa volta).
Naquele momento, todo mundo fica olhando para a porta com cara de:
”caraca, o que tá acontecendo que essa porta não fecha logo,
já que não tem ninguém no meio impedindo?” ...Finalmente a porta se fecha,
e todo mundo mesmo tendo registrado a estranheza do acontecimento,
aparentemente volta ao normal, fazendo de conta que ignoram o fato.
Ah, talvez seja mesmo melhor sermos assim, bem brasileiros,
sem desistir em momento algum do nosso direito a uma vida
basicamente normal, simples, terráquea, bem carioca e de saco cheio demais dessa m*&#[
para ainda termos de nos preocupar com tentativa de invasores alienígenas (?)
de nos usarem como servidores passivos para suprir suas necessidades
de sobrevivência energética = dããã!
– nós que já nos acostumamos a desviar de bala perdida;
escapar de emboscadas; evitar assaltos;
pagar caro para cobrir rombos financeiros do governo;
não receber restituição do imposto de renda
quando já foi descontado na fonte;
ver nosso carro novo ser rebocado na rua e resgatá-lo todo mexido e maltratado;
encarar a falta de trabalho digno quando tantos empregos podem ser oferecidos
mas são desviados dos seus reais merecedores;
arrumar a casa + cozinhar + pagar as contas (só Deus sabe como!);
lidar com a inveja dos incompetentes e com a traição dos invejosos;
fazer malabarismo tipo cirque de soleil para o salário dar para todo o mês;
ter que vez ou outra exterminar com alguns dos piores vilões da saga StarWars,
mesmo antes de exibirem os filmes e, ainda por cima,
fazer de tudo 1 para evitar o estresse e minimizar o nível da TPM!!! P*#<)! –
O mais irritante de tudo é ás vezes ficar com a "inexplicável"sensação
de estarmos bêbados sem termos ingerido 1 só gota de álcool. Haja!!!!
Trata-se de uma sensação estranha de evasão de energias que quase foge ao nosso controle...Quase!
E é horrível ter de lidar com algo que não se vê, mas que existe e provoca
efeitos covardemente desagradáveis. Saco! Bem, que alguma coisa está acontecendo a gente sabe,
mas ainda não dá pra saber como controlar... Mas falta muito pouco para isso, graças a Deus!
Porque ninguém consegue enganar todo mundo o tempo todo;
chega uma hora em que a verdade aparece. Hehehe...
E por enquanto, a gente também tem muita coisa nossa importante pra resolver por “aqui, entre nós mesmos”,
não é mesmo? Fé em Deus, galera!
Vale a pena lembrar um detalhe sutil: é engraçado pegar o ônibus de integração do Metro-Rio
e ficar ouvindo durante toda a viagem aquelas músicas da trilha sonora de "Marte Ataca" ,
comédia do Tim Burton. Hehehe...

To celebrate, I'm posting the whole and revised version -in portuguese and in english -
of my POST from the date July 2nd, 2008:

Intersection of Cosmic Events and Earthly Experiences – BlogVolume 3
Transparent attitudes to be subtly observed:
That’s a such different situation…
That sometimes it happens with us!
As an example: taking comfortably the Metro, sitting
At a good place on the train composition without people stood up, feeling well and…
Suddenly, at the right time the doors are just
Closing for the train departure, we get that with no “apparent” reason
The doors get stucked “half opened” in the middle of the movement of open-and-close,
during a big blank of time, with that continuous alarm Beep-beep-beep-beep-beep,
letting us the impression as some people still were coming’in in a hurry (as people that we don’t see,
But we can feel the sensation to have them around).
In that moment, everybody stays looking at the door with the face like:
“gosh, what’s happening, that this door doesn’t close yet, because there isn’t nobody stopping it?”…
Finally the door closes, and everybody even had registred the weirdness of that happening,
apparently they come back to normal, cheating they ignored the fact.
Ah, maybe is really better to ourselves as the way we are, well brazilian,
Without giving up in any moment of our rights to a life
Basically normal, simple, earthly, well carioca and too much full of this s*#§,
to get preoccupied yet with the a try of alien invasors (?)
Of using us as passive servers to supply their necessities of energetic surviving = dahhh!
- we that even got comfortable in deflecting from lost bullets;
escaping from ambusheds; avoiding assaults;
paying high to cover financial messes from our government’s system;
do not receive our restituition from the taxes we pay to government,
when we were already very discounted in all the incomes;
seeing our new car been hauled in the street by the Rio’s DMV
and getting it back all disarranged and in bad shape;
face the lack of worthy work when so many jobs can be offered
but thay are set aside from their real deserving persons;
clean the house + cooking + pay the bills (only God knows how!);
dealing with the jealousy of incompetent people
and with the treason of the envious ones;
do juggling as ‘cirque de soleil’ to make the salary
be enough to the whole month;
to have one or another time terminate with
some of worse villains from StarsWars saga, even before they exhibit the films,
and still, to do all to avoid the stress and reduce the level of the
Pre-Menstrual Period!!! F*# ! –
The most boring of all is sometimes getting the unexplainig sensation of
being drunk without we even drink a drop of alchool. Dam!!!
It's a sensation of loosing energies that almost we lost the control...Almost!
It's terrible to deal with with something we can't see, but that exhists and
makes cowardly bad effects over us. Dam!
Well, that something stragne is happening we know, but still we don't know how to control ...
But it will take a little time ahead for that. Thank God!
Because nobody can lie all the time to everytbody; at one time the truh comes to everybody to see. Hehehe...
And for a little time, we also have lots of things of ourselves, very import to resolve by here "between us on our Planet".
It's true. It isn't? Faith in God, people!
It's worthly to remember a subtle detail: it's funny to take the Metro-Rio's bus of integration,
and stay hearing during all the route those songs from the soundtrack of "Mart Attacks" ,
comedy by Tim Burton. Hehehe...

Fui com minha filha Gabi, assistir ao simpático filme "Jogos de Amor em Las Vegas" (What Happens in Vegas...).
Que confortáveis são as salas de cinema Estação Vivo - Shopping da Gávea! Um ambiente aconchegante... Hehehe...

Fiz uma visita super agradável ao JARDIM BOTÂNICO DO RIO DE JANEIRO ,
que está completando 200 anos de criação. Fundado pelo imperador D. João VI,
é um raro recanto de grande beleza natural que valoriza nosso meio ambiente no Rio.
Eu não podia deixar de filmar estes momentos compartilhados com bom humor... Hehehe...

I made a super nice visit to BOTANIC GARDEN OF RIO DE JANEIRO ,
which is completing 200 years of creation. Founded by emperor D. John VI,
it's a rare cozy place of great natural beauty increasing our environment in Rio.
I couldn't stop filming these moments shared with good humor... Hehehe...

Interessante saber que as caveiras de cristal realmente existem
e uma delas está em exposição permanente no Museu Britânico!

Quando vc souber de algum teste ou audição, me avisa tá?
Pq agora q mudei de residência, terminei minha colaboração
de 3 anos para o IBOPE e eu já posso voltar a trabalhar atuando,
cantando, dançando ou dirigindo em qualquer mídia das artes,
propaganda e comunicação. Galera, eu preciso Urgente Trabalhar,
revitalizar repertório, ver a galera de amigos, e etc de bem bom.

Uma surpresa agradável foi assistir o carismático governador da California,
Arnold Schwarzenegger visitando o rapper e VJ da MTV Xzibit e a equipe do
GAS ( mostrando o Eco-combustível: Bio-diesel) neste Dia da Terra/2008,
no especial do programa - que há anos vem bombando na MTV americana -
"PIMP MY RIDE". Sempre assisti a este programa - que é retransmitido
na MTV Brasil - e suas novidades... Como o novo forro daquele carro! Hehehe...

A nice surprise was to watch the charismatic California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger
